Accessibility statement
How accessible this website is, and how to tell us about problems.
Web Designer Limited (company number 15002899, registered in England and Wales) runs this website. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. This statement is about the website itself; for step-free travel on the Tube, see step-free travel.
What we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. The site uses plain HTML with headings, a skip link, labelled navigation and form controls, text alternatives for photos, and works with keyboard and zoom up to 400%.
Known limitations
- Maps: the interactive maps can be hard to use with a screen reader or keyboard. Everything on a map is also given as text on the same page: nearby places with distances, and station lists.
- Linked documents: some links go to TfL PDFs, which we don't control and which may not be fully accessible.
- Live status needs JavaScript; without it we link to TfL's status page.
Report a problem
If you find something you can't use, email info@georgemorina.com and tell us the page and the problem.
